Inter BEE 2009 — Coming Soon!
In 2009, the US will say goodbye to analog broadcasting and make a wholesale switch to terrestrial digital broadcasting, and the migration to digital television (DTV) broadcasting is also picking up speed here in Japan. In light of this ongoing transition, the broadcasting equipment industry will provide innovative solutions by utilizing the synergy of broadcasting and communications to fully answer the challenges of digitization and satisfy the needs of a diverse range of users.
Known as the "The Professional Show for Audio, Video and Communications", Inter BEE 2009 is one of the most important events in the industry as it showcases under one roof, the latest in broadcasting, video, audio, and lighting equipment, as well as IPTVs, mobile TVs, crossmedia tools, peripheral applications and solutions from both Japan and overseas. By providing people of the industry with a firsthand look at the new technologies available, Inter BEE not only answers the needs of professionals but also provides an excellent venue for the exchange of valuable market information while helping to create new business opportunities for exhibitors and visitors alike.
This year's Inter BEE 2009 — sponsored by the Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association (JEITA) and supported by the Japan Broadcasting Corporation (NHK) and the National Association of Commercial Broadcasters in Japan (NAB-J) — will be held for a three-day period from November 18th to 20th at Makuhari Messe in Mihama-ku, Chiba City. We are all looking forward to seeing you at the show, and sincerely hope that everyone will make full use of this opportunity to discover the latest developments of the industry.
