Visitor Pre-Registration
Pre-registration is required to enter the exhibition.
Please complete your visitor registration in advance and prepare the Admission Ticket Voucher (with QR code).
On the day of the event, you can print and receive your Visitor Badge (admission pass) at the pickup counters on site.
Starting this year (2025), all visitors are required to print their Visitor Badge at the venue.
Please note that this procedure differs slightly from previous years.
Visitor Registration
Please complete your registration for Inter BEE 2025 via the Pre-Registration Site.
If you have previously registered, simply log in with the email address and password you used at that time.
Your registration will be completed after answering a short questionnaire.
- ※ If your personal information has changed, please update it during the pre-registration process.
- ※ If your last visit was in 2018 or earlier, a new registration will be required.
Once your registration is complete, an Admission Ticket Voucher (as shown on the right) will be sent to you by email.
Please be sure you can display this voucher on your smartphone or other device when you come to the venue (Makuhari Messe).
At the Badge Pickup Counters on site, your QR code will be scanned and your Visitor Badge will be printed for entry.
※ Please note: you will not be able to enter with a printed PDF attachment from the email.

The badge pickup counters, where you can print your Visitor Badge, are located on the 2nd floor of the exhibition venue.
Please present your QR code there to have your badge printed.
Attach the provided strap to your printed Visitor Badge and wear it to enter the venue.
Conference Reservation
To attend a conference, advance reservation is required.
Please select the session you wish to attend from the button below and complete your reservation.
※ If seats are available, you may attend without a reservation; however, this will only be possible after all reserved participants have entered. We strongly recommend making a reservation in advance.
