Conference Reservation Procedure
This page provides guidance on how to reserve seats for conference sessions.
Step 1.Getting Started

To reserve a seat for a conference session, you must first complete this year’s visitor pre-registration.
If you have not yet registered, please complete your visitor pre-registration in advance via the [Registration Site].

After completing your visitor pre-registration, please log in with the account you created on this official website.
Log in with the button below.
If you are already logged in, please proceed to Conference Reservations.
Step 2.Making a Reservation
You can make your conference reservation directly from the following pages:
- All Sessions Lists https://www.inter-bee.com/en/forvisitors/conference/sessionlist/
- Individual Session Detail Pages
Please note: “Online Sessions” do not require a reservation. Available to view with just your visitor registration.

2-1. How to Make a Reservation from the All Sessions List
1. Go to the All Sessions List page.
2. First, check that the button at the bottom of the window has changed to “Proceed to Reservation”.
If you are not logged in, the button will display “Log In / Register to Attend” instead.
Please click the login button and log in.3. Next, check the reservation box on the left side of the screen, then click the “Proceed to Reservation” button at the bottom of the window.
You will be redirected to the reservation confirmation screen.
Be sure to click the “Confirm your attendance reservation” button at the bottom of the page.
If the screen below is displayed, your reservation is complete.
An Admission Ticket Voucher showing your reserved conference will be sent to the email address you registered.

2-2. How to Make a Reservation from an Individual Session Detail Page
1. Go to the detail page of the session you would like to reserve.
※You can also access this page from the All Sessions List.
2. Click the “Proceed to Reservation” button at the bottom of the window.
3. You will be redirected to the reservation confirmation screen. Be sure to click the “Confirm your attendance reservation” button at the bottom of the page.
If the screen below is displayed, your reservation is complete.
An Admission Ticket Voucher showing your reserved conference will be sent to the email address you registered.
Step 3.How to Cancel a Reservation
To cancel a reserved session, please go to the visitor pre-registration site [Registration Site].
On that page, click “Cancel this session” next to the session you wish to cancel.
A confirmation dialog will appear; click “OK” to proceed.
※Please note that once cancelled, the reservation cannot be reinstated.
Step 4.Attending Conference at Makuhari Messe
On the day of the event, please present one of the following to confirm your reserved sessions:
●Admission Ticket Voucher
●The Reservation List page on your My Page
●The Reservation Confirmation Email you received
