Inter BEE 2013 TV Tac System exhibits Thunderbolt-PCI-E expansion chassis with Mac Pro support

This year, Tac System is showing a range of Thunderbolt chassis solutions in the video/broadcast equipment category (5111). Since the next-generation Mac Pro will not come equipped with a PCI Express slot, a Thunderbolt-capable PCI-E slot chassis is now required when using a DSP board. On view at the booth are Thunderbolt-to-PCI-E expansion chassis from Magma and Sonnet Technologies.
　Another solution presents itself in the way of swapping a Mac Pro for a Mac Mini in a rack mount: Tac System is also showing a Thunderbolt expansion chassis specced to a 2U form factor.
　　In addition, on view are KVM matrix products from Adder (England), CB Electronics' range of units deploying various synchronizers, and Decimator Design's HD-SDI mini converter equipped products. In addition, DATASAT's AP-20, a digital audio processor for digital cinema equipment, will be on display for the first time.
