Inter Bee 2014: Aurora Lite Bank Japan: Displaying high color-rendering LED lights that are being used by Japanese broadcasters more and more| A studio layout demo utilizing LED lighting| A detailed look at wall construction and behind-the-wall wiring

Aurora Lite Bank Japan held a professional sound, video and telecommunications exhibit at their booth (booth number: 3510) at Inter BEE 2014, which was held at Makuhari Messe in Makuhari, Chiba from Wednesday, November, 19 - Friday, November 21. They displayed their newest broadcasting studio oriented lighting apparatuses under the theme of “high color-rendering LED lighting and studio layout visualization utilizing LED lighting.”
The main products that they had on display were their high color-rendering LED base light 1000F/BLP and ELP series, and their 2000S, 1000S and L100 high color-rendering spotlights.
Aurora salesperson Emi Hayashi explained, “Out of our LED products, the one most supplied to broadcasting stations is the 1000F base light. By featuring a CRI higher than 94, high skin-color reproducibility, light intensity equal to existing halogen lighting, and an evenly diffused luminescence field, it is able to provide a soft spread, making it popular with news studios.”

■A detailed exhibit of behind-the-wall wiring
Ms. Hayashi explained, “Being able to diffuse a soft luminescence, while still maintaining light intensity, our BLP LED panel light series has established itself as a worthy base light. Owning the largest luminescent surface, even indoors, at BLP612 (600x1200mm), this light is used in the construction of things like windows, as a source of ambient light, in studio environments where natural light is not readily available. We have had many inquiries about construction examples (behind-the-wall wiring, power-source layout etc.) involving this product, so at our booth this year, we are displaying a real working model of a constructed wall. So, by all means, please come by the booth and see how behind-the-wall wiring works in detail.”

■Joint-developed diffused LED floodlights with Korean state-run broadcasting station KBS
Aurora Lite Bank Japan and Korean state-run broadcasting station KBS have jointly developed, and introduced to the market, a new diffused LED floodlight.
Ms. Hayashi stated, “Korean broadcasters and movie studios were among some of the first in the world to adopt our high color-rendering LED lights. Even large broadcasting companies in Japan have adopted them as well, so our track record continues to grow, year by year. Our Japanese offices were established in 2010 and we have been doing exhibits at Inter BEE since 2012. There is no better way to certify our products’ worth than when a client comes to see our LED lighting products and then decides to purchase them for their studio.”
