【Inter BEE 2013 TV】ATOMOS ― Exhibiting Atomos Spyder, a compact calibration tool; performing live demos with major camera makers' products; setting up a studio to deliver news from inside the venue

　With a larger booth than in its typical years, ATOMOS (booth: 8125) is exhibiting its products in tandem with improved tech from all camera makers. Additionally, the company has set up a studio within its booth, and is broadcasting news with the cooperation of TERADECK.
　ATOMOS' main product is Samurai Blade, a Pro RES recorder with SDI input and output. It can also record using AVID's DNxHD codec, and is a portable recorder (monitor and playback deck). The all-in-one tool combines features of many devices, such as external monitors, waveform monitors, capture cards, playback decks, and editing rooms, into one compact device. After recording, one can even perform editing on the go. Light and durable, it is perfect for on-location operations.
　Designed for use with Samurai Blade, Atomos Spyder is the world's first portable calibration tool. Though compact, it can correct all color regions, D65 white point, and SMPTE Rec 709 color space with 100% accuracy. It will ship in November.
