[Inter BEE 2016 TV] Sennheiser Japan Exhibits AMBEO VR Mic Using Ambisonic

At Inter BEE 2016, held at Makuhari Messe over 3 days from November 16th (Wed) to 18th (Fri), Sennheiser Japan exhibited the "AMBEO VR Mic" for VR and the "Action Mic" for action cameras.

The AMBEO VR Mic was developed to record audio content for VR. With 4 capsules, it uses the ambisonic method for recording. Using the complementary software, A format can be converted to B format, enabling use for VR content.
The "Action Mic" for action cameras, such as the GoPro, has strong drip-proof and snow protection functionality, enabling use during skiiing and water sports.
