【InterBEE 2012】ADTECHNO　Exhibiting a multi-function, multi-input, 7-inch field monitor with wide-viewing angle IPS panel, and a 9.7-inch 2K field monitor reference exhibit

　ADTECHNO（Radio and TV Broadcasting and Communications Equipment #5102) will be displaying their 7-inch 3G-SDI field monitors CL76SD and CL76HOX, which use IPS panels and include multiple inputs and outputs. Also available for viewing will be their 9.7-inch 2K field monitor with IPS panel and multiple inputs and outputs. The IPS panel, also called a TFT active matrix LCD, has a wide viewing-angle and is particularly known for having little chromaticity shift or change in color tone. It is used in retina displays found in video monitors in the broadcasting industry, in car navigation systems, and on the iPhone.

■ On Display: Seven-inch field monitor equipped with IPS panel providing 170° wide viewing-angle in each direction, multiple inputs and outputs included.
　ADTECHNO will display their new CL76SD and CL76HOX products, which are 7-inch field monitors with multiple inputs and outputs scheduled to be released November 30, 2011.
Two kinds of field monitors will be made available: the CL76SDI, which comes with both HDMI and 3G-SDI inputs and outputs, and the CL76HOX, which comes only with HDMI inputs and outputs. Panel resolution is 1280x800 pixels, and with the IPS panel providing a 170° wide viewing-angle in each direction these monitors deliver not only precise focus but also vivid color display, with 400 cd/m2 luminance and a contrast ratio of 800:1. “There was demand to widen the viewing angle on our current product, the CL76HO (a digital SLR video camera with 7-inch LCD monitor and multiple inputs and outputs), in order to improve visibility for downward viewing, so we used an IPS panel,” explains CEO Makoto Nakayama.

■ With broadcast needs in mind, monitors come equipped with 3G-SDI ports, and Cannon connectors for electrical connectivity and tally capability
The ports provided are SDI, HDMI, component and video inputs and outputs, and in particular 3G-SDI inputs and outputs (on the CL76SDI only) are installed with broadcast usage in mind. In addition, the monitors use AC power and digital SLR camera batteries, and come with a standard VESA mount that can be used with a professional V-mount or Anton Bauer battery plate. It also supports Cannon connectors for power connectivity.

■ A 9.7-inch 2K field monitor with IPS panel and multiple inputs and outputs, on reference exhibit
　ADTECHNO will be exhibiting a 9.7 inch field monitor with an IPS panel that supports input and output resolutions of 2K at 2048×1080 pixels. It is equipped with the following ports: VGA video 1-in, audio component 1-in/1-out, SDI 1-in/1-out, and HDMI 1-in/1-out. It can do SDI and HDMI {capture/recording} and has a built-in two-way HDMI-SDI converter. It also offers tally, vector scope and false color functionality.

■ Premier exhibit of LANPARTE rigs for video and digital SLR cameras
　In addition, ADTECHNO will exhibit the 'PK-02' from LANPARTE Corporation in China, a rig for use with video cameras and digital SLR cameras, for the first time at InterBEE. This product supports V-mount batteries. It comes with HDMI 1-in and HDMI 2-out, so it is possible to have 2 HDMI outputs with 1 HDMI input. 'LANPARTE was well received at IBC but their products aren’t well known in Japan at this time, so we decided to introduce some of their products here,' says Nakayama.
