(Inter BEE 2015 TV) EIZO Presents Show Model of HDR-compatible Monitor Currently in Development, Demos High Brightness and High Contract Realistic Reproduction Combined with Wide Color Gamut

　At EIZO's booth (booth #4305) at Inter BEE 2015, the company will demonstrate part of the ColorEdge CG318-4K, their flagship HDR compatible monitor targeting the video production market.
　　The CG318-4K 31.1" monitor sports high color reproduction in DCI 4K resolution and will be demonstrated with Rec. 2020 video at the booth. Equipped with a Rec. 2020 color space dedicated mode conforming to UHD broadcast standards, the monitor can easily reproduce the entire color space with the press of a button. It also includes a color gamut warning feature that checks during editing whether or not Rec. 2020 images can be developed using the current Rec. 709 broadcasting standard without issue. Images that exceed the 709 color space are grayed out so they can be converted to fit within the smaller color space.
　This will be EIZO’s first time demonstrating their currently in development HDC-compatible monitor. In addition the unique wide color gamut of HDR, its realistic high brightness and contrast reproduction is a truly an experience.
　The company will be showing off the APEX5 8901 that was jointly developed with BOXX.
