Introduction to workflow from photography and ingest to delivery in the product lineup of this firm

The ""LDX"" series camera STRATUS (media workflow) EED system that has adopted a CMOS sensor is a product which was announced at this year's IBC.

CMS has been adopted as a new chip that compensates for the smear defect of the CCD. The special feature of the CMOS is that it resolves the traditional problem of a rolling shutter which occurs when the camera pans by the addition of a new CCD frame reading function. This device is compatible up to 60p and it is possible to take pictures with the same sensitivity at either 60i or 60p.

In the file-based workflow corner, there was a demonstration of their new nonlinear editing turnkey system ""HDWS 3GS Elite"" installed with ""EDIUS Version 6.5."" There was an introduction to a rich lineup including the laptop ""LT300."" In addition, the media workflow application framework ""STRATUS"" is now equipped with the version 2.0 MAM system. It is possible to edit and completely pack with EDIUS by using proxy data from ingested data in the workflow of ""STRATUS.""

In ""K2 Summit 3G,"" there is support for four-channel ingest, capture of two streams (XD XAM 50Mbps and proxy data) as well as use of ""STRATUS"" for logging, previewing and as a search engine based on proxy data. Story board editing is directly reflected in EDIUS and then sent to the delivery server. The product lineup of this firm allows all of this in one series; from input and ingest to playout.
