Applause Systems (main office: Tokyo, Ota-ku) and its subsidiary company sales department, Catch Me Co., Ltd (main office: Tokyo, Ota-ku), exhibited jointly at InterBee from November 19th to 21st, 2014, at Makuhari Messe. They displayed their digital wireless microphone peripheral devices for the new 1.2 GHz frequency band.
- 1.2 GHz Band Digital Wireless Microphone Peripheral Devices that will Make the Transition to the New Frequency a Smooth One.
For 1.2 GHz band digital wireless microphone peripheral devices, on display was the 1.2 GHz band 5 element Yagi antenna “YG-1250,” the “PREAMP-1250” booster, the “MAX-1250” 1.2 GHz band divider, the “ADP-1200” RAMSA 1.2 GHz uni-slot adaptor, and the “FAN-1250” 1.2 GHz super small helical antenna. The currently sold 800 MHz use Yagi antennae, boosters, dividers, etc., are widely used. A feature of the company’s dividers is that it can split one input four ways.
Specified radio microphone bands will transition to the white space (470-710 MHz), 710-714 MHz, and the 1.2 GHz band frequencies from April 1st, 2019. Catch Me’s representative director, Teizou Izuka, explained, “We’ve made products that are compatible with the 1.2 GHz band and maintain the same usability as our 800 MHz band Yagi antennae, pre-amplifiers, and dividers, so as to make the transition to the new frequencies a smooth one”.
