Inter BEE 2020 Call for Exhibitors
The Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association (JEITA; Chairman: Nobuhiro Endo / NEC Corporation) is currently recruiting companies and organizations for Inter BEE 2020 exhibition. A comprehensive media event to be held from Wednesday, November 18 to Friday, November 20, 2020, at Makuhari Messe in Mihama-ku, Chiba City.
Inter BEE is widely recognized by industry professionals as one of Japan’s largest comprehensive media events to promote business exchange, attracting more than 40,000 engineers, creators and stakeholders from the video and media industries, as well as professionals in the professional audio, video, broadcasting, communications, professional writing and distribution fields.
■ Inter BEE continues to evolve as a comprehensive media event
Inter BEE, now in its 56th year, is a comprehensive media event focusing on “content” by covering “creating” (production), “sending” (transmission) and “receiving” (experience). With the start of the media experience in the 2020s, which will expand even more, including themes such as 5G solutions for the visual media industry, which launched commercial services this year, the event will serve as a platform to communicate the possibilities of the expanding media and entertainment field.
■ Covering the expanding media industry
In addition to the broadcast media business, Inter BEE will proactively cover a wide range of media-related industry businesses and initiatives, including the network, large-scale video and audio, lighting, and remote network fields, which will expand the scope of the media experience.
■ Supporting content creators with a place for networking
The event will promote visitors to the show by creating a venue for the transmission of information and exchange among videographers and other new generations of creators working on media content production. In addition, the venue of Inter BEE will stimulate creators and provide opportunities to support the creation and transmission of new content, creating a synergistic effect that leads to business. In addition, Digital Content Expo, an international event themed on advanced content technology and digital content, will be held simultaneously at the Inter BEE venue to promote the use of the latest content technology in the media and entertainment field.
■ More than 1,000 exhibitors and 40,000 visitors
Inter BEE 2019 was held in Halls 1-8 of Makuhari Messe and attracted 40,375 visitors over three days with 1,158 companies and organizations exhibiting. We would like to invite more companies and organizations to actively participate in Inter BEE 2020 and utilize it as a beneficial venue. We are looking forward to seeing you at our booth!
