Inter BEE 2020 Notification: Operation schedule changes due to COVID-19

Regarding the new COVID-19 infection that has been affecting Japan since the second half of February, various measures is being taken based on the Japanese government’s countermeasure policy and based on the impact of the situation in each region.
We are currently making preparations to hold Inter BEE 2020 from Wednesday, November 18 to Friday, November 20, while simultaneously gathering information for safety and other measures.
We would like to announce the following changes to the operating schedule.
We will continue to carefully consider the situation in accordance with the Japanese government’s policies and guidance, and will keep you informed of the situation, including safety measures for the event.
1.Changes to the deadline for Applications

2. Changes to fees for Cancellation or Booth Reduction
